Timnath High School Athletics Registration

Practice Cards for all High School Fall Sports will be issued at the Timnath Athletic Office starting Wednesday, July 30th. You must have a Practice Card to start tryouts/practices on August 4th or August 11th, 2025.

The Athletic Office will be open from
8:15 am to 4:30 pm.


The following steps are required to receive a practice Card at the start of each new season/sport:

 

1. COMPLETE PSD ATHLETICS ONLINE REGISTRATION--each student athlete will create a single SportsEngine account to complete registration for your first sport/season. Once your account is active, you will then just need to select the next sport in each new season going forward for 2025-26. Please review the entirety of the information on this page before you proceed with the CONTINUE button below. Save the email confirmation when you are finished.

 

*Student Athletes not currently enrolled in classes at TMHS for the 25-256school year, click here for additional information before starting your registration process in SportsEngine

 

2. PAY YOUR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FEE (see fee structure below)

  • Payment of all athletic fees is required in order to receive a Practice Card. You will not be allowed to participate in any capacity if your fee is not paid in full by the CHSAA start date of your current sport. Show your receipt to save time in line.

    The PSD Refund policy will apply for student athletes who are not offered a spot on the team after tryouts (SchoolPay refunds do not include the credit card processing fee).

     
  • Qualifying Students May Apply to Have Fees/Charges Waived; click the link to reapply for the 2025-2026 school year  https://www.psdschools.org/fees  (scroll down to the second section to follow the instructions for Steps 1 and 2)

 

3. SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL PAPER COPY OF YOUR ATHLETIC PHYSICAL & PAYMENT RECEIPT to the TMHS Athletic Office. Physicals are good for 365 days from issuance, and the original copy will be kept on file in the TMHS Athletic Office. 

High School Athletics Fee Structure, 2025-2026

Use your current School Pay Account and save the receipt. (Cash and check payments can be made with the TMHS bookkeeper)

PSD Current High School Student Fees: 

  • All Sports fee: $220 per sport

  • Boys Ice Hockey: $220 and up to $1,000 for all levels plus TBA $ for Varsity supplement

  • Unified Sports: $110 per sport

  • Nordic Skiing- $220 plus 'pay as you go'

Home-Based, Charter and Private School Student Fees:

  • All Sports: $330 per sport

  • Ice Hockey: $330 and up to $1,000+ for all levels plus TBA $ for Varsity supplement

  • Unified Sports: $175 per sport

  • Nordic Skiing: $330 plus 'pay as you go'

We will see you at TMHS with the original copy of your physical form & proof of payment. Physical Dates can be verified when you come with the other two steps complete. 

A practice card will be issued to each athlete to indicate clearance for participation. This card must be given to the head coach prior to any and all participation as of the CHSAA official start date for each sport
