• ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE COMPLETE PRIOR TO THE 1ST PRACTICE OR TRYOUT. 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information provided is accurate.

 If you are a Home-Based, Charter or Private School Student, please contact the Athletic Secretary at (970) 488-7351 for assistance.

Important-After completing online registration and paying the athletic fee through SchoolPay, bring your current physical to the athletic office to be cleared for participation. Current physicals must be turned in before athletes will be cleared to participate.  A physical is good for 365 days and valid for all sports throughout the school year. 

If you choose to complete online registration, you will receive an email confirmation.  Once online registration is completed you will have the option to pay the fee either with a credit card or cash/check.  Cash and check payments must be delivered to the school's office manager.

PSD Non-Charter Student Fee:  $140  per sport, Unified Basketball $70

Home-Based, Charter and Private School Student Fee:  $210 per sport, Unified Basketball $105
